Mum, Angela, is in the office most of the time and during the show season mostly alone. So if she takes a little while to answer the phone please be patient. If you've had a little smiley face on your advice note, then its Mum who gave it to you.
Dad, Phil, now spends most of his time doing the consumer shows in France, he has the best French.
Son, John, does most of the UK shows, so if you've been to one you will probably have seen him. He also has written this website, so if its all gone wrong you know who's to blame.
